Players must either use a mat from the fairway or lift their ball into the semi rough - at least 2 yards away from the fairway and play the ball from there. Power trolley users - winter wheels or gliders must be used. Hedgehog type wheels are not permitted. The preferred option is for players to carry their clubs if possible during the winter months.
